Day 17

So over the long weekend I decided to check out the George Washington Masonic Memorial. It's very near the apartment and I wanted to try and figure out all the secrets of the Freemasons. Well, needless to say, there are no secrets -- at least that's what they've been programmed to tell me.

It was a very impressive building. It's a giant 9 story tower and when you get to the top after riding an elevator that is at a 7.5 degree angle (the building tapers to the top) there's an observation deck. It's pretty awesome, you can see the Capitol from there as well as the Washington Memorial.
