Well, I got my first look at a patent application which, I can't tell you about. It's only a test run anyway. They basically gave us the application, some other applications and approved patents, the law and asked each group (I am in 7 of 8) "Does this pass?". Each group needs to have a write up by 10:45 tomorrow and then at 1:00 we have to defend our decisions against a bunch of scary lawyers.
Needless to say, I am not at all worried. I'm not even supposed to know what I am doing yet anyway so I can't do it wrong. The best part was when my group sat around and discussed whether or not it should pass. You know how I love the debate. There are some people I am going to have to set straight in the morning.
